Located in the coastal lakeside community of Belmont North, Nazareth Village provides quality care and support to 49 permanent residents, has a dementia-secure unit, offers respite and has self-care independent living units available onsite. 

Situated minutes from the Belmont shopping precinct and public transport, Nazareth Village is a single-story building boasting large lounge rooms and large outdoor covered courtyards. All bedrooms are single with temperature controlled air-conditioning and their own private ensuite.

Nazareth Village is an Ageing in Place facility. Our qualified staff provide 24 hour care and are committed to person-centred care which embraces the life of the resident by knowing their stories and history and making every effort to meet their clinical, social, emotional and spiritual needs. Our staff encourage all residents and their families to be involved in their individualised care plan to ensure each resident receives the lifestyle, care, dignity and respect we aim to provide them with, in a comfortable and home-like environment.
